Nine Rooted didn’t start as a perfect plan, it started as a lesson.

It came out of a family business at the Gilroy Outlets called Ice Factory, where we all worked together, poured into it, and learned what it means to build something from the ground up. When that chapter ended, I carried both gratitude and hesitation with me. I didn’t know if I had it in me to start again.

But I did.

I started small ( really small lol ) at the corner of Church and Manteli, selling juice straight out of my trunk. One person at a time, I rebuilt what Nine Rooted was meant to be.
 
Today, it has grown into stocking multiple locations, serving catering events, and building a team that now includes Dish, someone I deeply value and trust in this journey.
 
My family still stands behind me in their own way, showing up when they can, supporting me however they can. And honestly, this has never just been my story. It’s been carried by every person who believed in it before it had proof.
